Hi, I’m Deb (aka Debs or Deborah)! After years of leading global teams in NGOs, corporations, and start-ups, I experienced a profound transition—one that reshaped how I facilitate, lead, and make sense of complexity. I discovered that the brightest future emerges when we make space for connection, vulnerability, and authenticity and embrace our deep interconnectedness.

Facilitation is at the heart of my work. I guide heart-centered leaders, purpose-led teams, and people-planet-first organisations through engaging, human-centered processes that spark clarity, alignment, and action. Whether navigating change, making strategic decisions, or strengthening team dynamics, I design conversations that lead to real impact.
