Culture Sparks
Learning Journey

Culture Sparks is a programme designed to build a more resilient, flexible workforce by focusing on the skills, behaviours, and confidence needed to create a healthy, inclusive culture across teams and departments.

We facilitate Learning Journeys within your organisation with each cohort comprised of 12-15 participants – these become our Sparks. Cohort totals are scaled to meet the size of your organisation. Bi-weekly learning events will introduce concepts and the HOW of culture.

Our focus is the practical application, so we include plenty of practice and time for questions and sharing. This accompanied journey facilitates participants to ignite positive culture change. We use experiential learning, practice, and sharing between learning events to spark actions, interest, and accountability throughout your teams, departments, and the whole of your organisation.

Our training is grounded in the methods and techniques of systemic (team) coaching principles and adult learning, sometimes referred to as user-centred, human-centred, or andragogy, and is used to support the adult learning process and acknowledges participants’ expertise and prior experience.

The programme is rooted in approaches like systemic coaching, human-centred design, positive psychology, neuroscience, and systems change.

Team Tune-up

A Team Tune-up is a facilitated, bespoke approach to building a more inclusive, positive, and values-driven team that works for all its members. It acknowledges that everyone within the team is responsible for creating and maintaining a positive culture.

You understand the link between a positive culture and getting the best out of your team. You have experienced first-hand how your team thrives when connected and working towards a shared goal.

We meet you and your team where you are today, understand where you want to go and work together to begin to remove anything standing in your way. Whether you work in person, hybrid, or virtually, we have the background and current evidence-based approaches that can help you and your team thrive.

Together, you will strengthen the organisational norms and rituals that empower leaders, teams, and employees to do their work in a way that suits them best and build an understanding of the importance of inclusion, connection, celebration, and appreciation in maintaining a positive culture. 

The ideal Team Tune-up schedule includes a bi-annual virtual or in-person workshop for the highest uptake and impact.

Values in Action

Our Values in Action programme builds more connected and cohesive teams. It features a series of workshops with mentoring, coaching, and overall support for your team to design or refine your values, and identify supporting behaviours.

Organisational values are the building blocks of cohesive and productive team cultures. We’ve seen time and again that when values and values-based behaviours are defined and integrated, organisational culture and success metrics improve. It’s good for employees, and it’s good for enduring success.

Values-based behaviours equip individuals, teams, and organisations with a clear framework and guardrails for staying accountable, making decisions, having difficult conversations, and working together in a healthier, more productive way.

Through our workshops you and your team gets the support you need to effectively design or refine your values, and identify supporting behaviours. We use scenarios and team experiences for relevant prototyping and practice bringing your values to life.

We also partner with you to ensure full integration of your values and values-based behaviours across your organisation, embedding them into departments, processes, and ways of working, ensuring sustainability and return on investment.
